I am one of those who managed to find a job that I could have as a hobby. I’m interested in psychology and human behavior, and it’s a good fit for finding the right person for the right place. So there will be some reading of both non-fiction and fiction. Otherwise, animals, nature and art are of great interest.

Experiences and drivers

I have worked with recruitment and candidate evaluations for almost 20 years as a consultant, self-employed and as part of companies’ own recruitment departments. My job here consists largely of headhunting and research because the skills we are looking for do not grow on trees. When I meet a person whose experience, skills and personality match Bergenstråhle’s culture, values and needs, and we get a new colleague – then I thrive. It’s a wonderful win-win.
