Known for my strategic thinking and leadership skills, I excel in building and leading development teams to drive innovation in complex areas, particularly in IP and patent consulting. My expertise ranges from creating secure, data-driven platforms to integrating cloud solutions and implementing compliance standards such as ISO 27001.

After 25 years of patent work, with a focus on commercialisation, I can utilise my analytical skills and expertise to contribute to our clients’ successful strategy and growth. This includes everything from patent licensing, acquisition of patents, MA, to assistance with patent disputes. One of the few in Sweden with long experience of standard essential patents (SEP), in the role of both licensor and licensee, participating in 100s of negotiations handling 1.000s of standard patents.

In my spare time I exercise, paint and draw, and as often as I can I go to my paradise in Skåne.
Experience and drivers
An important part of my experience is the previous job as a technology writer at Ericsson. I have also worked as a web editor translating and editing text for an industrial magazine and translating press releases for industrial companies. I have a keen interest in technology and innovation and this, combined with my ability to handle languages, is a success factor.

At Bergenstråhle Partners, I am a generalist. I am particularly good at finding strategically important assets in the company, it could be trade secrets, agreements or a product design. I provide strategic advice on how the assets can build value in a company and create a control that helps the company get where it wants to go.

My role at Bergenstråhle is as a coordinator. I am also an authorized trademark and design representative and am particularly passionate about these areas. I appreciate the great variety and the opportunity for development in my work and enjoy working in teams close to you as a customer. I am also happy to share, through internal training, the experience and knowledge I have gained through many years in the industry.

My role at Bergenstråhle Partners is financial analyst where I am passionate about and work with valuation, market analysis and all kinds of financial data. With clients, I usually talk about value building of the company and IP specifically for acquisitions, exits, IPOs, investor searches, etc.

In my spare time, you can now find me at the cottage with a brush or hammer in hand. When there is time, I prefer to travel to places with history and good food. Something I find extra fun after the pandemic is to be a tourist at home and discover new places in Östergötland.

My role at Bergenstråhle is IP Coordinator for trademark, design, domain name and legal matters. The IP industry is fantastic when you constantly want to develop because you learn something new every day. We get to share our clients’ knowledge and learn more about their industries to optimize their IP portfolio.
