Acapo Onsagers and Bergenstr\u00e5hle join forces to create a leading Nordic Intellectual Asset Management platform<\/h2>\n

IP HoldCo AS (the holding company of Acapo Onsagers AS \u2013 \u201cAcapo Onsagers\u201d), Norway\u2019s largest intellectual property advisory firm, has acquired Bergenstr\u00e5hle Group AB (\u201cBergenstr\u00e5hle\u201d), one of Sweden\u2019s leading full-service IP firms and a pioneer in business-oriented Intellectual Asset Management, combining IP, business strategy and financial perspectives to turn innovation into measurable business value. The transaction was completed on 14 August 2026.<\/p>\n

Bergenstr\u00e5hle is the second Swedish company to join the group, following the combination with brand, domain and trademark specialist Brimondo AB (\u201cBrimondo\u201d) earlier this year. Together, the acquisitions mark a decisive step in the ambition to build the leading Intellectual Asset Management platform in the Nordic region, combining complementary capabilities to create greater value for clients across the innovation lifecycle.<\/p>\n
